Here, you can also explore the development of the Presidio as a training base for Monterey. The museum is open Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm.
Pacific Grove Museum of Natural History
This museum is located near the Monterey Bay Aquarium and is an ideal location to learn more about the native plants and animals that call the area home. You can also learn more about the geology and the cultural histories of the area. The museum is open 7 days a week from 19am to 5pm.
