Museum hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. from Wednesday through Sunday.

The Steinbeck House Restaurant

This restaurant is housed in a 1897 Victorian home that was the birthplace and childhood home of John Steinbeck. Guests enjoy a charming setting where lunch is served Tuesday through Saturday. Popular menu items include walnut meatloaf, lentil stew, leek soup, and grilled cheese. Diners can also stop in at a gift shop called The Best Cellar.
